M&M Professional Window Cleaners accepts Credit Cards!

Many small companies don't take credit cards.

They might take PayPal or E-transfers but not credit cards.

We proudly take credit cards and have for the last couple years.

It helps our clients in various ways.

Some commercial clients find it easier to pay with their company credit card than submit things through accounting.

Others want to boost their rewards points.

Others want to track their expenses and put off paying for a month or so.

Some people don't use cash and don't want to have to run to the bank.

Whatever the reason we accept credit cards and make dealing with us as convenient as possible.

We clean the windows of Toronto area Bungalows.

We cleaned a bungalow today for a senior in Toronto. He told us the last window cleaners he hired a year ago simply hosed down the windows. That was their method of cleaning. He wasn't terribly happy with that.

He was impressed with our work today.

We didn't hose the windows down, or pressure wash them. We washed the windows with our window cleaning solution and used professional, well crafted squeeges to take the dirty water of the windows, leaving nothing but clear windows.

When you're hiring us, were not going to pressure wash the windows, hose them down, or use windex and paper towels to clean them. We will clean them professionaly and your windows will shine!

Epic Reliability, Why you should use us M&M Professional Window Cleaners

man handing baton

Do you have a reliable window cleaner?

Many store owners and managers have had very many interesting experiences with window cleaning. They have had window cleaners that charge very little, but also deliver very little. They don't show up for long periods of time, if at all. And they may suddenly return after months of absence. They may have had many window cleaners who have come over the years, while charging a very low price have all disappeared and stopped window cleaning after a period of time.

That's where we come in. We arrive on time and on schedule. We get a signature from the manager or supervisor, and if you have a sign in book for vendors and visitors we always sign that. We never take time off, if the window cleaner that usually services your account goes on vacation or is ill, we will send another clean cut, friendly window cleaner to keep your windows clean. We will stick closely to the established schedule and are always a phone call away. Yes, unlike many window cleaners who do not leave an invoice, or a phone number to be reached at, we always leave invoices and our business card so that you can reach us at all times.

Interested in starting your window cleaning service with us?

Call my personal number, 647-409-8144, and I'll set you up right away!

Spring is almost here

Today was a very warm day for January. 10 degrees Celsius. What we have been experiencing has not been winter, more like a combination of fall, winter, and spring.

As the days have been getting longer it's reminding us that spring is not that far away.

As we go into spring we book up with many houses. We get busy. We are not able to book people quickly, and that's frustrating for them and us.

So, now, before it's too late, think about window cleaning your house. We are not booked up. The weather is very favorable to clean windows. And you will beat the rush.

Alternatively, just call us! You can still book the clean in April or May, but you will have your favourite date booked. Hassle Free. It can be three months from now.

Think about window cleaning, and avoid the rush

Mike

Emergency Toronto Area Window Cleaning

Emergency Window Cleaning, what is that? It is something that happens to most business at one time or another, and it doesn't involve the police being dispatched, or placing a call to 911.

A reliable window cleaning company is always available to service it's clients even when given short notice.

Many of our clients, are franchise stores. They fret about receiving visits from head office. Those head office visits are done by corporate staff who check every nook and cranny. You can bet they are especially interested at whether the windows are clean, or filled with bird excrement.

Our clients call us at 647-409-8144, and ask us to come and clean their windows hours before their visit, and we are always able to accommodate them. These clients are on an ongoing schedule and they ask for an additional clean to be done before their head office visit.

Imagine, if we could not service them, and they get a bad rating due to dirty windows? We do not want that to happen, and every effort is made to schedule a cleaning so that the windows are clean, and my clients are happy.

Another situation in which an emergency window clean is needed, is when vandals wreck the windows, with egg, or other matter. Or birds muck up the windows. When our clients call us 647-409-8144 we arrange to have a window cleaner sent quickly to restore the beauty to their windows.

In these and other cases, our company, M&M is flexible, and responsive, to send a window cleaner to satisfy our clients needs.

New - Slightly Revised - Press Release

I have issued a new press release. It removed the typos and misspellings of the past press release. And it focused the message more on the homeowner as opposed to a business owner.

I'm pretty pleased with the results.

I was disappointed that it didn't allow me to use html, or submit a true html link back to my page.

I'll look at what other press release organizations offer.

Thanks for the comments so far. I really rushed the other one and had too many typos.

Winter Window Cleaning

In Toronto, we experienced a nice break from the winter. Temperatures have risen to +10 celcius yesterday, although strong winds and cooler weather is on the way.

I'm surprised how many people feel that it is not necessary to clean windows in the winter. They figure that the windows are most dirty in the summer due to dust. Others feel that it is useless to clean the windows in the winter because they will get dirty the next day.

There are some challenges in cleaning windows in the winter. For instance, there are some days where we can't clean houses, due to snow and ice conditions. We are committed to safe working practices, so when it is unsafe, we reschedule, or delay projects.

However, there are days where houses can be cleaned. Cleaning your house in the winter is a nice treat. Since the sun is so low in the winter, in the afternoon, your windows can look quite dirty. Looking out the windows are not a pleasurable activity when you have to look at dirt. So we can clean those windows, especially those on the first floor where usually there are no safety issues. So while you are enjoying a coffee, or a glass of wine, you will be able to look out your window and enjoy the view. How much better will that make your afternoon.

Stores and Restauraunt owners cannot ignore their windows in the winter. Stores that are close to roads have a particular problem in the winter. The salt that is put on the roads, gets into the air, and becomes a white dust that eventually rests on your windows. Over time that dust can completely cover your window, blocking the view.

Also over salting done on your sidewalk or walkway, can also causes your lower part of the windows and the door to get very dirty.

So don't cut back in the winter. Keep cleaning those windows, in fact, you may need to increase the service to keep the windows clean.

Your first impression has much to do with the state of your windows. You don't want unfavorable impressions of your store to be formed with potential customers.

Contrary to popular opinion, your windows will not get immediately dirty. Professionally cleaned windows can stay clean for some time. So it is worth it, to get them cleaned.

So winter is a messy time for windows, keep them clean. Ask us about keeping your windows, or select windows on your house clean in the winter.

Storeowners, don't cut back in the winter. Those windows need to be kept clean.

Keep in mind, how much you will enjoy looking out, clean, clear windows on those sunny winter afternoons.

The role of pricing in window cleaning

When choosing a window cleaner, what importance should you put to the price? Should you choose the cheapest window cleaner to the exclusion of other factors like reliability, professionalism, quality of workmanship, and trust?

Let's face it, we all know and agree that you get what you pay for. If price was the most important factor, we would all be wearing the cheapest clothes, live in the most inexpensive home, drive the cheapest car, have the cheapest TV, and by all our food for the lowest price. Fact is, we do not. We know that we get what we pay for.

When it comes to services to, you know that you get what you pay for. Just look at what happened to many unsuspecting Canadians a few months ago with the grounding of now bankrupt Zoom Airlines. This airline offered low priced air travel to places to Britain, thus attracting many customers, however, they couldn't pay their bills, and in time, they couldn't deliver on their service, flying, leaving many angry and frustrated and with no way to get home, half way across the world.

Add to the list other low cost airlines like Canada3000, JetsGo and others, when you pay too little, the service provide eventually cannot deliver. It is far more bitter to experience a failure of service than to pay a little bit more and not be unsatisfied.

Granted you may say, what about window cleaning? It is just that, window cleaning? Why should one be wary of a very low prices for window cleaning?

Well, as my experience as a window cleaner for six years, I have seen a lot. Many low cost window cleaners eventually like Zoom Airlines fail to provide service. Although there are many fine window cleaners, there are many fly-by-night ones too. For a while they may provide service, but suddenly, without warning, they may disappear when something "better" comes along. Others may only come erratically when they need some cash. Leaving your windows to become filthy between cleans. Some might seem to provide regular service, but very often, they may skip windows, clean only half of some windows. Leave dirty water on the ledges, or use shoddy equipment that leaves streaks, lines, and dirt on the window. Again they are not delivering.

These same window cleaners may be frightening to your customers, or yourself. They may be unshaven, have long hair, be unkind, unprofessional, or smoke in front of your store.

Some low cost window cleaners fall into other categories, there may be at times that the pricing for window cleaning may be so low, because a window cleaners has not raised his prices for decades. But the problem with that is, when the person gets sick, he has no one to take over his work, leaving you vulnerable.

So as you instinctively already know, you get what you pay for. Price should not be the only factor when deciding to award a window cleaning contract. At times our company may be the lowest bid you receive, and at times it may be the highest too.

However, we provide the needed quality and service that you deserve. We will provide a list of references when providing a proposal, so that you can see why others trust us. Our cleaners are always clean cut, polite, professional, courteous, and kind.

As a small company, often I myself do the window cleaning, and you can see my picture at the top of this blog.

We price so that we can service you for the months and years to come. As we grow, we can continue to provide reliable window cleaning.

What does that mean? Well, we will provide a schedule that fills your needs, lets say for example once a week, and week after week, month after month, we will be there, cleaning your windows like clockwork.

We also don't skimp on equipment. We use the best equipment, and maintain it well, so that your windows don't get streaks, lines, or left over dirt.

Stores from time to time have emergencies. Head office is going to visit them, or some person, spit or defaced the windows with eggs. When you need the windows cleaned quickly, just call us, and we provide emergency window cleaning. A service that a low-cost provider finds hard to match.

Finally it is easy to communicate with us. Often when you call us, we will answer the phone, no voicemail hell! When you do have to leave a message we call back promptly and return all calls.

So now you know the importance of not choosing on price alone. Other factors come into play like is the window cleaner have a record (with his past customers) of being reliable, trustworthy, doing quality work, and being a true professional.

Ask questions, ask for referrals, look at how he presents himself, ask his customers how they enjoyed using his company.

If you are in the Toronto area, call our company. You will be pleased with our service.

Do we clean windows in the rain?

The whole of North America is thinking about rain this weekend, as Ike has plowed into Texas leaving a lot of rain and damage. It may make you wonder whether we clean windows in the rain.

Of course, our company is committed to the highest standards of quality, we will never do anything that would not leave your windows clean.

On the few days each year where there is a very significant amount of rain, torrential rain, and thunderstorms, we do not clean any windows.

For houses, often the rain might start unexpectedly once we start work on your house. At that time, we may go inside and wait for the rain to stop and clean the inside windows. Often the rain would abate allowing us to clean the outside windows or we may return later to finish the job.

Many of the stores and commercial properties have overhang over the windows, signs or awnings that prevent any water from touching the window, even on days of heavy rain. This allows us to clean most of our commercial properites even on rainy days. Rain is simply not a factor.

Often people ask us why we clean windows when rain is forecast for that evening or the day after. They believe that the rain is going to ruin the glass, making it dirty immediately. Perhaps you feel that way. Many do. However, rain on a clean windows, beads and runs off the window, not causing it to be recked by dirt. Clean windows can often stay clean, even when not protected by the rain for several weeks or months.

You may wonder, why don't you just take every rainy day off? That's a good question. That would create a nightmare as there are only so many days in the week and month. Inevitably on some rainy weeks, we may have to cancel a whole week of work. This would affect you in that we would not be able to provide the reliable, and consistent window cleaning we promise. There would also be a danger that your windows would start to look quite dirty, creating a bad first impression to your customers who notice the windows first. It is simply not practical for us to cancel large amounts of work on rainy weeks, and not in your best interest.

Again, our company is commited to quality first. We don't clean when we feel that there is no point. If you are still worried about windows that we clean on a rainy day, and you are not happy with the results, just call us back - at 647-409-8144 and we will fix it for no extra charge.
